Although it's barely 20 blocks from me, this place just feels great for a getaway. The beds are comfy, good selection on the TV, cute kitchen, and I like the overall vibe. Close to everything you would need (grocery, liquor, fast food, highway, etc).

I personally love this place its not for people who want all the upscale things like suites and free breakfast but id stay here over most places for how im treated , there policies r just easier for me to feel safe and at home as I unfortunately do live in hotels atm id choose this one over most. The area is also a big reason its one of my favorite hotels its in walking distance to many places I frequently shop at walgreens, king soopers, fascination, sonic and domino's. All I need is right there. The staff is very nice and accommodating to your needs. They leave u alone and don't harass u with housekeeping knocks in the a.m. id recommended this place to anyone that wants a super low key spot with lil kitchenettes and a cheap rate at less then 100 a day and I think they charge less then 600 for the week. Thank u Savanah suites for always being my favorite hotel

Staff is amazing, very professional,discreet, lovely with guests, it's like coming home treat you like family. The hotel is immaculate, room's are clean and tidy. Would highly reccomend for families with children or away on buisness, they make it so comfortable . There are many stores and restaurants in walking distance!

The staff at the desk was very friendly and made my daughter and I feel at home. The room was very clean and smelled amazing. It was nice to be in a place that had a small kitchenette and had a full size refrigerator......

Same as last review. It's a good clean cheap place and the staff don't mess with you unless you give them a reason. Bums do try to infiltrate and sleep inside on occasion. The Arvada cops do a pretty good job of running them off.

Great room for an affordable price. Don't believe the negative nancy reviews. It was clean, we had a full kitchen, and there were no bed bugs. The staff was very nice. We got an extra towel right away and change for a $20. Definitely recommend it.

i thought the place was really great ...humble and extra kind i had no problem leaving my daughter alone 19 while i ran some errands ...clean and worth the money

Friendly staff n good service nice rooms sometimes alil loud at night but all in all it’s a good place location is good for busing n shopping

This is a good place to stay, it's Clean, quite and dope fiend free, problem free safe place to stay. David is great, so is his staff. They are all kind, understanding. The bus stop is close by, the grocery store is close by. Just a good safe place to stay at a good price.
